Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing areas of the modern economy, strongly influenced by legal regulation, safety mechanisms, and consumer protection. Legal frameworks establish standards for tourism services, enhance tourist trust, reduce operational risks, and contribute to market stability and competitiveness. This article aims to analyze tourism legal regulation, examine approaches to tourist safety, and assess consumer rights protection mechanisms, as well as their impact on tourism market efficiency and development. The research is based on doctrinal-legal analysis, international documents, and relevant academic literature. The findings suggest that a well-developed legal framework improves consumer confidence, ensures service quality, and supports sustainable tourism growth, particularly in the context of digital transformation. The study also highlights the importance of tourism contracts and digital tourism in strengthening legal protection and maintaining a secure and competitive tourism market.
