Abstract

Legal professions play a fundamental role in maintaining order and justice in society. Lawyers, notaries, and legal advisors are essential for ensuring compliance with the law and protecting the rights of individuals and companies. However, the legal services market is not immune to anti-competitive practices that can distort competition and affect the quality of services offered. This material aims to explore in detail the main types of anti-competitive practices in the legal professions, their impact, applicable regulations, and relevant cases.
