ROOTS AND DREAMS: THE CHILD'S RIGHT TO GROW UP IN HIS FAMILY

Abstract

Article 19 of the UN Convention provides for the protection of the child both in the home and outside the home. This is only possible by ensuring absolutely necessary protection systems, laws, regulations, policies and services in all social sectors, such as: education, health, justice and security, and social welfare, a set of services administered, for the most part, by the Government, designed in such a way as to ensure the protection of children and young minors with the aim of encouraging family stability.
