SOME CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING PERPETRATORSHIP IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS IN ROMANIA

Starting from the consideration that the activity of preventing and combating anti-social acts actually represents an application of the legal norms that regulate the conduct of life in society, we note that it is appropriate that through the competent bodies of the state, those who have committing antisocial acts and subsequently applying some sanctions, because life in a society cannot take place without order and discipline, which are ensured by the will of the legislative bodies and with the support of judicial bodies with the assurance of all procedural guarantees in respect of individual rights and freedoms during a criminal trial.
