Abstract

This article regards the subject of “secondary victimization”. It regards a judicial term which still appears to be unknown, not only to the public opinion but also to justice operators; however, it defines a reality of domestic violence and assisted violence which, unfortunately, are still very frequent and dramatically affect the life of many women and of their children and it consists in blaming the victim of the violence.
