Abstract

Along with the eligibility conditions, the one who exercises the position of President of Romania is also subject to some incompatibilities. The eligibility conditions are required to be fulfilled on the date of submission of the candidacy, and the states of incompatibility must cease after the elections, until the beginning of the exercise of the mandate.
