In the Georgian hospitality sector, which is frequently marked by labor shortages and poor levels of work satisfaction, this study investigates the link between leader-follower exchange (LMX) and employee job satisfaction. A substantial positive connection between LMX and job satisfaction was found in data gathered from a survey of 155 employees (r = 0.715, p = 0.001). 52% of the observed variation in satisfaction was explained by the proposed model (R2 = 0.520). Experience sharing and a collaborative work environment served as mediators in this connection, whereas communication (= 0.513) and support (= 0.233) were shown to be significant predictors. These results have significant ramifications for management approaches to leadership in the hotel industry as well as theoretical advancement.
